Floating Building with dune landschap roof, The Hague Centre 2023 to date

Description

Temporary floating building (chain of 80 pontons) for the builders on the Courtyard pond (Hofvijver) because of the renovation of the House of Parliament. Activities started November to date and will be finished within approximately 8 weeks. A green roof, in this case with a Dune landscape will feature on top of the building.

Samenvatting (Dutch description)

Drijvend Ketenpark Hofvijver (80 pontons) voor bouwvakkers die meewerken aan de Binnenhofrenovatie. Het bouwen van een bouwkeet op de Hofvijver is nodig vanwege ruimtegebrek. De werkzaamheden zijn half november begonnen en zal naar verwachting binnen 8 weken afgeleverd worden. Er zal een groen dak met een duinlandschap komen bovenop de drijvende bouwkeet.
